2.1 Core Rules for Order Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

2.1.1 Standard Products

  • Unshipped Status: You may cancel your order at any time without incurring any fees. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund the full amount to your original payment account within 3 business days after confirming the order cancellation.
  • Shipped Status: In accordance with the 14-day cooling-off period rule for consumers, you are entitled to return the goods for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, provided that the return conditions specified in this policy are met. In this case, you shall bear the shipping costs incurred for returning the goods.

2.1.2 Customized Products

  • Unshipped but Under Production: If production of your order has started (even if not yet shipped), you shall bear 50% of the product order amount as compensation for material losses and labor costs incurred during production when applying for order cancellation or return; if production has not yet started, you may cancel the order free of charge, and the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment account.
  • Shipped Status: We generally do not accept return or exchange applications except for goods with quality issues caused by non-human factors. If you receive a customized product with quality problems, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide relevant evidence (such as photos or videos of product defects). After we verify the issue, we will arrange for free return or exchange, and the relevant shipping costs will be borne by us.

3. Return Process for Standard Products

  • Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving the goods, please send an email to our customer service team at [email protected]
  • Provide Information: For quick processing, please include the following information in the email:
    1. Subject: Return Application – [Your Order Number]
    2. Body: Your name, delivery address, order number, name of the goods to be returned, and reason for return.

  • Obtain Return Address: We will reply to you and provide the specific return address after receiving your email.
  • Return the Goods: Please send the goods back to the address provided by us.

4. Important Notes for Returns and Refunds

  • The 14-day right of return specified in this policy starts from the date you actually sign for the goods and will expire automatically after 14 days. We will not be able to accept your return or exchange application after the expiration.
  • Returned goods must meet the following conditions: They must be returned in their original packaging, which should be intact and undamaged; the goods themselves must be unused, free of scratches and damage, and not affect secondary sales; all original accessories and attachments (such as user manuals, warranty cards, gifts, etc.) must be enclosed, and your name and order number must be clearly marked inside the packaging.
  • Shipping Liability for Returns: We shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or transportation delay of the goods during the return process. To protect your rights and interests, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable shipping service and keep the shipping documents (such as the tracking number) properly. We will not be able to process the refund if we do not actually receive the returned goods or if you cannot provide valid proof of shipment.
  • Special Note: Our 14-day refund guarantee does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal and other legal rights under applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse return applications for goods that do not meet the return conditions specified in this policy (such as damaged packaging, used goods, missing accessories, etc.).
